Loyalty Point Policy
Good news! We’ve just renewed our Loyalty Points Policy to provide a more friendly and improved shopping experience.
1. How do you get loyalty points?
Post a review with photos about one of our hair products to receive 500 loyalty points. Or post a review with photos about our accessories to receive 200 loyalty points.
Post a positive review on a review website like trustpilot.com or our Facebook page to get 1000 loyalty points. (please send a screenshot of your review to [email protected])
The validity period of all loyalty points is 365 days, after that they will expire automatically.
2. How do you redeem loyalty points?
You can redeem your points at the checkout by using the points slider. Simply slide it to the right and make your selection.
Please note that loyalty points cannot be used to cover shipping fees or taxes. You can use loyalty points to cover up to 10% of the product's value on each order.

To check how many loyalty points you have, go to your account and click on “My loyalty points”. See instruction details from the images below:

Orders purchased with loyalty points are NOT eligible for monetary refunds but only loyalty points refund.
