1. Application and Acceptance of the Terms

1.1 Your use of uniwigs.com’s services, and products (collectively the as the “Services” hereinafter) is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the Privacy Policy and any other rules and policies of uniwigs.com that may be published by uniwigs.com from time to time. This document and such other rules and policies of uniwigs.com are collectively referred to below as the “Terms”. By accessing uniwigs.com or using the services, you agree to accept and be bound by the Terms. Please do not use the services or uniwigs.com if you do not accept all of the Terms.
1.2 You may not use the services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with uniwigs.com, or (b) you are not permitted to receive any Services under the laws of PR China or other countries / regions including the country / region in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.
1.3 You acknowledge and agree that uniwigs.com may amend any Terms at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms on uniwigs.com. By continuing to use the services or uniwigs.com, you agree that the amended Terms will apply to you.

2. Users Generally

2.1 As a condition of your access to and use of uniwigs.com or services, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using uniwigs.com or services.

2.2 You must read uniwigs.com’s Privacy Policy which governs the protection and use of personal information about users in the possession of uniwigs.com and our affiliates. You accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree to the use of the personal information about you in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2.3 You agree not to undertake any action to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks of uniwigs.com and/or any other user nor to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.
2.4 You agree not to take any advantage in using the information listed on uniwigs.com or received from any representatives of uniwigs.com in the activities including: setting price levels or quotations of products and services which are not purchased from uniwigs.com, preparing website contents, writing contract or agreements which are without uniwigs.com’s participation.

3. Products and Prices

3.1 Since we are continuously developing and upgrading our products and service, any technical, non-technical specification, including but not limited to web pages, reports tables, figures, images, videos or audios of any of products of uniwigs.com may be altered or completely changed in formats and contents without a prior notification either online or offline.
3.2 Prices listed on uniwigs.com or provided by any representatives of uniwigs.com are subject to change without a prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through uniwigs.com is done at each user's sole discretion and risk and each user is solely responsible for any damage to uniwigs.com’s computer system or loss of data that may result from the download of any such material.

5. Mobile Terms of Service

The UniWigs mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by UniWigs (“UniWigs”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to UniWigs’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of UniWigs through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with UniWigs. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18776570306 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other UniWigs mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
