RETURN POLICY

Cancellation, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at UniWigs. To better our customer shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery if they are eligible products and remain in their original packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order free of cost within 48 hours after placing your order. Any cancellations on orders placed on our website after 48 hours will incur a 5% handling fee.

Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our return policy to return your order.Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

RETURN POLICY

To return your order with us you MUST firstly contact our customer service team, or your return may be denied. You can choose your refund from one of the following refund payment options:

Store Credit – No restocking fee is deducted if you choose to refund your order in UniWigs store credits, and your next purchase is made easier!

Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the order. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from all monetary refunds.

Express shipping costs, international shipping costs and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. If you paid for the shipping cost with your order, this shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. If your order had free shipping, a fee of $8.95 ($29.89 for international orders) will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the shipping.

Any refused international packages and international automatic returns (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.

There will be an $8.95 shipping fee ($29.89 for international orders) for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.

Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.

Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any exchanges or returns.

Eligible Products:

  1. Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)
  2. Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
  3. Item(s) are returned within 30 days of the order delivery date
  4. Have all Gift sets included

Ineligible Products

  1. The frontal lace was cut or damaged
  2. The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products
  3. The item was damaged, or the original status was changed
  4. Custom orders, Clearance items and Gift gallery items.

Please note that we can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.

We are not held responsible for any lost returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We allow one free exchange for all US orders on all eligible products within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Please see our return policy above for eligible products criteria.

For international order exchanges, there will be a $29.89 shipping fee.

Please contact our customer service if you would like to make an exchange on your order.

If you would like to exchange your order a second time, there is a 5% restocking fee.

If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Your exchange can only be processed after we have received your return.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact UniWigs customer service.Please note that without the contacting customer service, your return may be denied.

2. Apply for the return online.

  1. A: Sign in and locate your order in "my orders"
  2. B: Click on "Return items"

3. Return the product to the return address and update the tracking number online.

4. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.

5. Your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days after your return has been received.

6. If you ask for an exchange, our customer service will contact you once the return has been received.
