At UniWigs we continuously upgrade and introduce new features onto our hair products from listening to feedback from our customers.

Melanie is an 8.5”*9” base with a mono top. The mono's size is 4.5”*4.5” which offers a free parting line and a natural look to your scalp. Our newest features we are trialing is on this best-seller Melanie hair topper.

On the Melanie, we are trialing new features we think our customers will love! We have replaced the clips with wide silicone combs. The silicone combs are flexible and soft to slide into hair, we believe they add more comfort to scalps rather than the clips.

The clips we are using now have been upgraded three times. They are imported from Japan. The previous Melanie topper has 7 clips to keep the topper secure on head. The clips are uniformly sewn on it and the clips are easy to sew on and remove if needed. The front clip is to make sure the topper lays flat and naturally on the head.

Some clients choose large hair toppers because they have heavy hair loss or advanced thinning hair. Some clients will consequently find it very uncomfortable to use the clips if they have sensitive scalps. For this problem, our designers tried and searched for a better alternative solution for it.

Now we are trialing the brand-new extra comfortable and flexible silicone combs on the Melanie topper.

Compared to the Original Melanie Topper which has 7 small clips, the new trial version has three silicone combs either side of the front and at the bottom, as well as two optional clips for extra security. The new silicone combs are extremely comfortable and perfect for sensitive scalps, as they can easily slide into a little hair without gripping.
