Stress is a factor in all of our lives. Stress is simply the way we react physically, mentally, and emotionally to various conditions. A certain amount of stress keeps us engaged, focused and moving. However, too much stress can be bad. Most customers who have hair loss face this problem. So how do you manage stress? Here are six ways how:
1.Learn to relax. Work hard but know when to take time off to be with family. Read a story with your child, go the beach or read a book. This will reduce stress tension.
2.Eat healthy. Eat less junk food and eat more fruit and vegetables. We can actually lower the amount of the bad stress hormone, by taking vitamins. Try to take vitamin pills every day. A healthy body makes a happy body. A happy body grows healthy hair.
3.Keep laughing. Keep a good sense of humor. Studies show that a good attitude helps lower cancer rates, makes surgery more effective, and keeps a relationship together through hard times.
4.Ask yourself the reason why you are stressed. Write down your wants, needs, goals and hopes. Does what you are doing now help you fulfill any of these things? The more you understand why you are doing what you are doing, the less stress you will have. If you can't come up with a good reason why you are doing something that gives you stress, stop doing it.
5.Follow your bliss. Try to know what you enjoy doing and the type of people you enjoy. The more you do in life that goes with your own flow, the more passion you will have for what you do.
6.Say “No”. Focus on your own goals, not your spouse's or parents'. You must know yourself, your dreams and your passion. If you do take on a responsibility, look at your mission statement or goals for the day. Saying no is one of the hardest things in life but will help to make you a success in your field.
