  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  Customs duties and taxes are excluded from the shipping fee we charged.

• Shipping Methods

  UniWigs utilizes reliable express carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS and other express delivery lines for global shipping.

  Additional delivery lines are utilized to help avoid high customs duties at the destination. As a result, these packages may experience longer shipping times.

  If you want to specify a carrier, please contact the customer service team before placing an order.

• Processing Time

  Please note the processing time highlighted in red on the product page. This indicates the time required from when an order is placed until it is shipped. Processing times vary for each product based on its specifications and can range from a few business days to several weeks, depending on inventory status and restocking times. If there are any issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

  

• About Customs Duties and Taxes

  If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded from the $29.89 shipping fee we charge. Customs duties in the recipient's country/region are the customer's responsibility.

  This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by UniWigs.

• About Remote Areas’ Surcharges

  Please note that your shipment may incur fees in addition to its base rate if your shipping address is designated as REMOTE.

  Within the US, shipments to certain ZIP codes in remote areas are delivered by USPS. Additional surcharges apply, and transit times are extended to these areas by 3–5 business days.

  International shipments destined to and/or originating from remote and less accessible locations listed in the International Out-of-Delivery-Area Surcharge and International Out-of-Pickup-Area Surcharge ZIP and postal code list are subject to additional fees.

  Please note that our free shipping policy does not cover surcharges for remote rural areas. If your area is designated as a remote area, our customer service will contact you to pay the additional shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding.

• About Delivery Issues: Holding, Return, and Destruction Policy

  If the courier is unable to reach the recipient for delivery or customs clearance, the package will be held for a certain period (duration varies on a case-by-case basis). If the package exceeds the courier’s free holding period, it may either be returned to the sender or destroyed locally. UNIWIGS is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result. Customers who don't accept delivery of their order will also absorb related any costs.

  For packages destroyed locally, no refund will be issued. For packages returned to us, a $80 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  Please understand that UNIWIGS bears no responsibility for such situations. However, we will notify you via email as soon as we receive any updates or alerts from the courier, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

• About Changing the Delivery Address

  If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We cannot help change the shipping address after your package is shipped. We may assist in requesting an address change with the carrier, but success is not guaranteed.
  
  UniWigs is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or outdated addresses. If a package is lost, undeliverable, or returned due to address issues, we do not offer refunds for such cases, and all related costs (including return shipping, handling, reshipping, or address correction fees) will be the responsibility of the customer.

• About Shipping Origin Information

  At UniWigs, we operate one warehouse in the United States and two warehouses in Asia. To ensure faster delivery and better inventory management, we flexibly select the shipping warehouse based on stock availability.

  U.S. Orders: Orders within the United States are typically shipped from our U.S. warehouse. However, depending on stock levels, they may also be shipped from one of our warehouses in Asia.

  International Orders: Orders outside the United States are generally shipped from our warehouses in Asia.

  Please note that the shipping origin and sender information on your package may vary and may not display the UniWigs brand name. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

• Additional Notes

  Please be aware that lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier, not UniWigs. If your package is lost, we can contact the carrier to open a case within 15 days of the delivery date. After this period, the carrier will not accept inquiries. While we will assist with the claim, reimbursement is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for lost packages once they are in transit.
  For added peace of mind, optional ROUTE shipping insurance is available to provide replacement or reimbursement for lost or damaged shipments. We highly recommend purchasing the ROUTE package protection service due to the high value of UniWigs packages.

  If you waive the signature service, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package once it occurs.

  If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.

  There will be a $17 shipping cost ($29.89 for international orders) for reshipment.

  If your shipping address is a military address, please contact customer service to confirm before placing an order, as restrictions on the military addresses we can ship to may vary.

• ROUTE package protection

  UniWigs offers the option for customers to buy shipping insurance at checkout. Please turn off the option box at checkout if you'd like to decline this service.

  
  

  Route is a third-party application that helps track your order and ensures the protection of shipments in case of lost or stolen. They can provide reimbursement for missing packages or stuck packages.

  If you buy Route Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions on how to file a claim if necessary.

  According to ROUTE's policy:

  Claims for orders lost in transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.

  Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.
