• 1.Easy 15-Day Returns

  You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order as long as the item is:
  ● Unworn, uncut, uncolored, and unwashed
  ● In its original condition with all tags attached
  ● Returned with original packaging

  We’re unable to accept returns for items that are:
  ● Worn, washed, cut, dyed, altered, or damaged
  ● Not in original condition or missing accessories
  ● Custom orders, clearance items, final-sale items, or Gift Gallery items
  ● Custom hair services

  If a product doesn’t meet our return requirements, we’ll be happy to send it back to you.

  Store Credit offers the most flexible experience:

  ● No restocking fee
  ● Issued within 3 business days of receiving the return
  ● Never expires
  ● Can be used with coupons and rewards

  If you plan to continue shopping with UniWigs, this is the easiest and most cost-friendly choice.

• 4.Refund to Original Payment Method

  Refunds follow our standard policy:

  ● A restocking fee applies
  ● Original shipping, package protection, donations, and third-party processing fees are non-refundable

  Store Credit returns do not have a restocking fee.

  Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. Any UNIWIGS store credit used on the order will be reissued as store credit. All refunds are subject to applicable local laws.

• 5.Return Shipping

  Customers cover the return shipping fee.
  For your convenience, we offer discounted return labels:

  ● U.S. Returns: USPS
  ● International Returns: FedEx

• 6.EXCHANGE

  We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order. Once the return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account for your next purchase.

  What if the courier can’t reach me or customs holds the package?

  If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues or exceeded courier holding time, an $80 return handling fee applies.

  What if customs destroys the package?

  Packages destroyed by the courier or customs are not refundable.
  These rare cases help protect both the customer and the brand in international logistics.

  IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING FRAUDULENT/FREQUENT RETURNS
  If a customer is found to engage in malicious activities such as fraudulent returns, refunds, or frequent order returns and cancellations, the platform reserves the right to:
  ● Impose a service fee ranging from 30% to 80% of the order value.
  ● Cancel pending orders.
  ● Restrict future purchases, including permanently banning further orders.
  Specific actions will be determined based on actual circumstances, and the customer will be notified in advance.
